This builder/developer constructed many Speight Architects homes that sold for exceptionally good profits. He and his family later moved to much larger Speight Architects designed home that had a finished Basement, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor and Roof Top Terrace with an elevator going to all 5 levels. They also had separate His and Hers Master Bathrooms and large separate dressing closets.

This home was designed and drawn with 2 X 4 exterior stud walls and with Icynene the code required wall R-20 insulation may be achieved with 3" of closed cell sprayed insulation.
