Description

This home was designed for a development group that built, sold and made excellent profits on more than 60 Speight Architects homes in 13 years. This home was computer drawn so changes should be easier and less expensive. Since this home was built on a corner lot in the city, we were able to have a side loaded garage. This would also make an excellent estate home. If lot and budget allow, I would like to see this home built with a three car side loaded garage which would make a nicer Master Bath and walk-in closet.
