This home was computer drawn so changes should be easier and less expensive. Since this home was built on a corner lot in the city, we were able to have a side loaded garage. This would also make an excellent estate home. If lot and budget allow, I would like to see this home built with a three car side loaded garage which would make a nicer Master Bath and walk-in closet.
