Description

The Builder and I went out to the the building lot and I said "you have an excellent large lot in a very desirable neighborhood-lets build a large home". He said OK. We had the Plans, Elevations and Typical Wall Section and the Builder's Realestate Agent told him she had a buyer, but for a smaller home. We met with the couple and made some good custom refinements and reduced the size from about 8,300 square feet to 6,303 square feet. We also left the Basement unfinished to hold cost down. If someone wanted to save even more, they could leave the Attic as well as the Basement unfinished and finish both as finances permit or when they sell, sell the home as a possible growing home. If both the Basement and Attic are unfinished, you would have only 3,437 square feet of finished area.
